All sophomores, juniors, and seniors will be assigned to this class except for those who have auditioned and are selected for Symphonic Band. No audition is required. Ability should be on the "intermediate" level. Music will be of moderate difficulty. Class will concentrate on improving rhythm, scales and fingerings, intonation, dynamics, articulation, and interpretation. The class is also available to those students who have schedule conflicts or who cannot meet the participation requirements for Symphonic Band.
